This 36 year old presented mother of 3 underwent an augmentation and breast lift in 2017 but presented recently to request implant removal. She complained that her breasts were heavy and droop. She also noted a host of non specific health issues such as swelling, sweats, and dizzy spells, though her internist was unable to come up with a specific diagnosis. She is shown 7 months after removal of her breast implants, removal of the implant capsules, and secondary breast lift.
