This 50 year old female underwent breast augmentation with 300 cc textured round saline implants in 2003 and presented with concerns regarding shape and size. She is shown 1 year after implants exchange, pocket revision, and breast lift. Her implants were replaced with Allergan Natrelle Inspira 485 cc full profile silicone gel implants.
